Funny 4/4 cutouts do 0 for power with a bullet muffler exhaust on our local dyno.

 

Nice tune again. Not bad for mild mods and 93 oct

 

I wish we had 93oct in cali... tune was done on 91

 

Coming from where I am right now, that's pretty darn impressive. Can you offer up any tips on how to make a CA car tolerant of so much boost? The obvious list is:
- Reducing back pressure
- Cool intake charge
- Smooth timing map

From there though, are some cam's better than others? Etc?

I was loosing about 65hp with my cutout close on my 91 tune.

 

I think they're a good set of cams if you're on a budget or don't want to replace valve springs. Planning on replacing my 272 intake for a 280. Paid $320 for my cams new. really impressed with the power my car made.... really lumpy cams for not being aggressive cams but I like the sound
