Very nice work guys. This twin-scroll has been in my mind for awhile so it's nice to see it meeting my needs. Aaron, have you had any experience/input tuning this turbo on a Mivec with 274 cams?

Also, Is there any concern running this setup on a stock block or is the torque low enough to safely run these levels daily?

Dang! Congrats to the OP! You got a winner.... does the T4 TS 1.06 housing flow more or less compared to a T3 .82 housing? This spool is killer for a 2.0 so I'm assuming its smaller?

I was going to ask the same question regarding longevity.

I havent tuned this combo on a IX but I would expect better spool still. As far as the cams the Kelford 280/276 seem to make similar power as the S2 with a worse idle. It can be tuned out but requires some patience.

The torque was only 403 ft lbs and happens fairly high in the power band so it doesnt concern me as much as making 403 ft lbs at lets say 3500.

1.06 x 90% is 0.954 as a single scroll for the effective max flow. That is good for over 800whp theoretically. I would say that it flows more than a T3 but is only good for about the same amount of power. I ran my 3794 with the 0.82 T3 when it made 830 so I know its possible but harder on stuff than a good housing with way less backpressure.

All how its driven. You drive a built motor like you stole it everyday and it will break almost as quick as a stock block. It might not have a rod come through the block but other issues will appear over time.

That being said I also drove the crap out of my stock 2.0l/3586 car that made 575/399 for 15k with no issues. Upon tear down when I built the new motor, pistons and bearings were perfect. Tune is obviously a big part of it.

How would this turbo do with a LR2.4, S3's and Magnus V5? Still on 92. What injectors would you recommend?

Do even better and I would recommend 1100s or 1050s and a double pumper.

Almost 83k, but 22k since I had ER install this turbo kit. I daily it at about 27lbs too (24-25lbs on the track).
