Is the there any improved performance going with a Twin Scroll HTA3586 than a HTA3582 turbo???

Yes but because those are 2 different turbos, not necessarily because its twin scroll. The turbo going twin scroll is response gains not just power from a more open housing.

Whats the spool up like with your T4 twinscroll 35HTA turbokit on a stock 2.0L with all boltons, E85 and G3 cams? Looking to build the fastest stock block, before I go with a built 2.0 LR Motor...

Yes because its a IX, the R2s would be better still based on my experience.

I thought the r2 cams where for stroker motors and you lose a few hundred rpm of spool with a stock 2.0 ?

Specifically they are for a sub 9000rpm powerband. This covers 99.9% of strokers but also most 2.0L motors.
