TSComptuned - Stock block Evo 8 FP Red 93oct & E85
My next tuner too! Luke just sent me the results and it's nothing but spectacular!
Turbo arrived at FP today and they got it inspected rite away. Michael called and told me it was something with clearance in the turbo or something. Either way, He said he is gonna try and get it back to me by this Friday. It ships out tomorrow.
Their turnaround time is much faster than I expected. I will be one happy camper if I get it back by this friday.
Tscompusa told me he should be able to get the tune finished friday If i can get it in by than. Tom has honored his priority tuning that u pay for so far. So im confident I will be up and running this weekend sometime.

e85 tune complete. the repaired fp red he got back is working great! we started with the rom that was on the car, which was running 32.5psi uptop, which we both agreed seemed a bit aggressive, so i had him call FP and get their thoughts on it. they said it is probably ok at that boost level. we both decided to just set the boost low and work our way up. we started at 26psi then slowly increased it while monitoring power changes. we ended up stopping at 31psi area at redline, which seemed to produce a solid number over 500, which was his goal.
this cars also on a modded walbro 255 and seems to be doing just fine.
results below:

i had him do 17 pulls today! all 14 of those 17 over 500whp!

Looks good, what do those graphs look like with less smoothing?
Any plans of cleaning up the afr curve from the start of the pull up to ~4500rpm? It looks like it was just a quick tune to post up results.

Thanks evo8426.
i wish it was a quick tune. we did 17 pulls today (3-4hr session and still going), because we wanted to start with lower boost, then slowly work our way up and monitor power with each boost adjustment. we decided to stop at 31 because he reached his goal of 500~. so 17 reflashes / pulls / rom adjustments (for ecuboost).
the graphs get really smooth at 3, but i like to share the max at 6 so it shows the lowest number possible.
we were just troubleshooting the rich afr under 4k just now and i had him go back home to perform a boost leak test, and the EGR line popped off.
the afr at 4k is where i want it, but under that i did not want it that rich at spoolup. i don't have fuel maps that are even capable of doing that with basemaps
with a good running car with no leaks, mechanical faults, and so forth.
boost leaks were fixed, but as soon as he did more pulls i think he popped another vacuum line.
i told him you have ot fix them all, otherwise the weakest link is just going to keep getting exposed.
heres 2 pulls after he fixed the leak. AFR shot leaner uptop. I was able to richen the fuel map alot and get the
afr to drop, but i think the only reason it dropped was because he has another boost leak like before.
so now this car is officially out of fuel as well.
