Sounds like the injectors are basically wide open and flowing all the fuel the pump can get to them. Last injector inline isn't getting the same as the first No overhead.

the way mrfred explained it is as follows:

if the fuel pump is not strong enough to flow enough fuel to the rail, and you start to go lean, it is because all 4 injectors are not seeing enough pressure to spray as they should be. they all spray the same amount, but if you're running out of fuel pressure to the rail, the injectors will just see much less pressure, which in turn will effect how they work and the safety of the fuel system is then compromised.

so in short, make sure the injectors are always seeing around 40psi of pressure at all times if you want a healthy operating fuel system.

i imagine if you get below a certain threshold, you can start effecting how each injector sprays vs another, which is really bad.

Lukes car was definitely dying for more fuel! after the buschur double pumper install, i had to rescale the rom much leaner (normal), and then richen the map values back to normal, and lean the top end out since the fuel map values were super rich to combat the lean dip on the single walbro.

final e85 results on lukes car (only took 3 pulls):

And here is before & after with the br double pumper install: look how rich it went! lol (AEM cant read richer then 10 AFR - so i suspect in the mid/low 9's based on power droppage)

gotta love the buschur double pumper!
