GSC R2 Cams Dyno tuned Results

Pretty Basic setup

Stock unported IX Head
Stock unported IX IM
Stock unported EXhaust manifold
Stock untouched throttle body
FIC 2150s
Supertech dual springs/retainers

2.4 LR 10:1 compression
JB FPBlack
ETS 3.5 intercooler
E100

pull was done at 31psi
Tephra V7 SD
STD dynojet correction

Nice numbers! Looks like a thick powerband. Do you have any pics of the whole graph?

how much better? i was dying to port it but wanted to make a track event..
then had nothing but lock out over 6k so bested a 12.2 @ 128 (3380lb w/ me in it)

Considering i made more torque and nearly the same power on a smaller lower compression setup... I would say a considerable amount more...

and you have a ported head? I had boost coming in 28-30psi and 31 by redline, hence no tq spike from boost. thats why you get 650hp cars with 600tq hitting 40psi by 5k and dropping to 30 by redline.

I really wish someone could answer this for me.

I am looking for more power out of it but do not want to sacrifice any spool or torque. I think I may be stuck where I am at with cams but I have to ask as I am cam dumb.

I made 634 on an unported head with s3's at only 29psi/26taper so there is much more left in your setup, between manifolds/head/tb etc.

Looks real strong though.
