How long did you have to wait to get tuned by tscompusa?

Just wondering how long other people had to wait until Tom finally started tuning them.
I paid him about a month and a half ago and ill I get is "soon" as a response from him.
I'm not trying to give him negative feedback or anything like that. Just wanna know how long have you waited til he started tuning you. Let me know guys. Thanks

The problem is, some cars end up having a lot of mechanical faults, and i end up having to spend a lot of time with the customer and troubleshoot the issues and get the car running right again. Sometimes that involves selling them parts as well. All that takes time.

But thats one of the reasons why my customers always produce good numbers and good results. Its part of the tuning fee you pay to have me as a trouble shooter and consultant.

I know i've saved a lot of people from selling their evos just by helping them fix issues and give them really good driveability. I do have a few cars right now that waited longer than they should have. I will definitely take care of those customers though and they will be compensated in the future.

I just emailed you back Edgardo and waiting!

people who have tether i can typically complete in 1-2hrs. for the average car that has no mechanical faults it is usually 3-4hrs.

Last year mine took a while to get started as he was backed up. This year we started a couple weeks ago ( little to no wait time starting off) but the tuning is still progress. It's solid work, when ever you end up getting it.

to the OP, I was asking myself the same question when I first started with Tom last yr. But wat I think a lot of us forget is, Tom is a one man team, there is no other members of TSCOMP lol. So I warn you, once u get started, be ready, becuz the roms will come a flyin in when ya'll start doin power pulls. Good luck and enjoy ur tune. Tom I'll should b emailing u within the next few days once this POS shop is dne with my car....That is all lol

responding to your email now, it got buried.

what i was thinking of doing is providing customers that pay, with a forum that shows their status in line and openings etc so everyone is in the loop as far as scheduling and wait time goes. i think i'm going to get that made very soon here because a lot of people would like to have the option of seeing where they queue in line.

Just got a definite date to get tuned by tom. Although I had to wait a long while Tom came through.
Can't wait to post up my results.

I think its a good idea to get some sort of scheduling Tom. You have so many customers, there needs to be a little organization as to when people pay and the time they wait for the tune.
