Ya im using the google calendar. It is very nice. I didn't add it to my site yet. Im going to do that soon so public can see the schedule live.

If I make someone wait longer then they want i normally upgrade them from say example MAF to SD for free. so they benefit in the end.

This summer no one will be waiting long. I'll have it all setup and scheduled and all organized.

cdrinkh2o thank you for showing me that calender i like it a lot!

There are MANY people who have waited as long as you have (OP) but it will be worth it. I know I get impatient about the tuning (still not finished either) but also realize Tom tunes 40+ cars at once, so for now it is what it is.
I too had a long wait, but I understood that there were a lot of people ahead of me who paid for priority tuning. When Tom finally got to me he was very apologetic. When we were done with the tune, Tom was satisified, but not quite where he would like the tune to be. He identified a few changes I should make and I took it upon myself to ensure I followed his advice. This was back in April 2013. It's now Dec 2013 and I'm now just getting everything straightened out ensuring boost leaks are performed and what not. As customers, we owe that to Tom. The best thing about this, Tom has refused to have me pay any extra money to complete and finalize the tune. Now thats customer service Clutch is getting broken-in Tom. Car is just about ready!

Bumping an old thread rather than creating a new one. Just like the OP said, I just want to know how long it took for tscompusa to contact you after paying for his services. It's only been a couple of days but I have not heard anything. If you guys that are waiting can chime in, then we'll see his workload and stop bombarding him with more emails to answer. Thanks in advance.

You need to schedule it with him. I am currently tuning both my 9 & X with Tom, and believe me it's worth the wait.

I do have a calendar embedded onto my website now at http://www.tscomptuned.net/tuning.html

I disabled it temporary until I get existing cars completed then I will re-enable it permanently.

I'm going to request this thread be moved to a different area of the forum, since it doesn't belong in here.

Just email me at tom@tscomptuned.net to get a hold of me fast and dare I say if I don't respond in 24hrs send the email again, but I should respond.

I'm more caught up then I thought with tuning, so that is a huge relief on my end.
