The owner of that dyno normally uses it to tune rally cars, so it needs to be as accurate as possible. If you don't want to believe it, don't believe it...
Unfortunately our only AWD dyno in Oklahoma is a DynoCom and you pretty much tell them what HP you want to make and the dyno can do it. One local made 800 tq on it when it is more like 480.

Numbers are unbelievable.
Wow.
I wanted to run this turbo but couldn't sell my current setup for what I felt was a reasonable price so I went back big turbo.
Anyway you could at least throw it on a dynojet if the numbers are in doubt.

No it's an Inexpensive roller dyno per reviews
most referred to the pricing as amazing, and you get what you pay for in most cases

I can only go by what I'm told, which is that this one is setup to read like a mustang.
It read consistently (within 5whp on back to back runs with the same tune)
At the end of the day, the dyno is a tuning aid, nothing more. It's just nice to quantify it into something (hp)

Ahhh and so it begins. Well either way op way to rep CBRD as I am sure that BBK-BB-C is amazing on a 2.3L. Patiently waiting for more results when you get the fuel figured out.

Mr Grip you are A Okay with me my man FWIW
I wanted that turbo myself and with the lack of reviews it was a Unicorn, Then I was disappointed to see those High Numbers which the turbo wasn't designed to make. Sorry Guy I mistakenly pissed on your camp fire nothing personal.
With that said

No worries man.

I was willing to take the risk of trying the bbk-c based on how well the other BBK turbos perform and hold up.
You also need to remember that the crank i'm using (which is rarely used because it's too damn expensive) cuts 10lbs off a stock crank (I weighed them both myself, so I'm sure that's right haha). Cutting that much weight off the rotating assembly will free up a good amount of power too. The lightweight rods help also (granted they're not that much lighter than the regular rods, but every oz helps).
Once I get the standalone and pump, i'll have it tuned on this dyno again, and then i'll take it to a mustang and see what the difference is.

BTW For reference, they had a built fp35 evo 8 on the dyno right before my car that put down just under 740 @39-40psi on e85

I'm doing either vipec or motec, haven't decided. I'm leaning towards the vipec since most of the advantages that motec has over it, are things that I probably won't use.
