Force-Fed Built 2.3, Fp Red, haltech platinum e85

Jonathan came to us all the way from WV. After purchasing his car with a 2.4 and stock ecu on SD and E85 tuned sadly he splattered his newly purchased evo on the way home. After speaking with us on reparing the car we came up with the following to his request of knowing we tune and sell Haltech ecu's.

2.3 shortblock(manley turbo tuffs, Wiseco 1400hd 10.5:1, Manley turbo tuff 4340 billet crank)
GSC s2 cams
GSC valvesprings
ARP headstuds
Spoolinup ignition system
Full Blown TB
FIC1450cc injectors
Was told it had a walbro 400 but after running out of fuel we suspect a regular 255
Ported ex mani
84mm FP Red( we will be upgrading to a Full-race BW S300 FMW turbo soon)
Built trans
Built T-case
HKS cam gear
HKS belt
ETS FMIC and piping

And the brain to control this beast
Haltech Platinum Pro plug-n-play
Haltech Flex fuel sensor
Haltech I/O expander
AEM wideband Uego

This is one of the funnest street cars we have ever built and were glad we could help Jonathan get his evo back on the road in a matter of around 3 weeks.

Pump gas we left pretty conservative but is no slouch as we are on a mustang dyno
24psi-430/395
E77(as shown on the haltech) 31psi ended at 512/497 ran out of pump

Will post a graph as soon as i can get it printed from the dyno

the PS2000(which was on the reaper) and the plug-n-play are very very advanced. They have more features than say a AEM does and we can use certain functions as a PWM instead of a simple switch like a AEM switching on a second pump. The Haltech seems to take more time to setup due to the added tables and functions it can control but once it is you can tune a flex fuel car faster than a aem. I cannot comment on Pro EFI as we havent done anything with those units yet but should be doing one soon on a Supra. It is cool however that the plug-n-play with throw trouble codes and help with diagnostics.
