Are you saying you got 327 hp on a Mustang Dyno with 100 RON? Then you put in 98 RON on the same tune and you're getting knock where none existed before?

Which map are you using for what? I'm assuming due to the timing that you're using the ALT map for 100 RON and the main for 98 RON. Or are you not switching maps with different fuels?

When do you see knock? Can you post up a log? I need to see what your timing and AFR's are during a pull.

Both Timing and Fuel maps are jagged, but it may be because he's trying to tune it and will smooth it later I don't do it like that, but maybe he does.

Your knock light is set to flash slow with 4-8 counts of knock and fast at 9+ counts. For all you know you could be getting 3 counts all the time, but it won't show on the CEL Flash. No big deal. That can be adjusted if you want.

Emm... I am not really familiar with maps and I don't have any log to post and I also don't know if I am switching maps for different fuels.
I see knock on turbo boost....some times on 3000 rpm some times on 6000+ rpm and sometimes when I change gears. I even see knock when I go off the gas after I am on high rpm.

I am going tomorrow for tuning again. I'll let him know about fuels and hopefully he will fix it.

I don't see anything else other than fuels, so if you (10isace) checked my rom (attachment) and you can't say anything more without a log, then my tuner needs to work on this.

That sounds good. Just tell him you're using a lower octane fuel.

The rating is basically a rating against detonation. The 100 RON tune can take more timing without knocking. If you lower the octane rating to 98 then I'd be surprised if it didn't knock.

Problem solved. Fuel was fine as tuner told me. The problem was with boost. For some reason my boost went up to 26 psi instead of 21 that he set it. Bad luck my greddy boost meter was faulty so I couldn't realize that was boost issue. He fix the ignition as he told me and the boost range so now there is no knock. I lost some hp but I gain torque. The car now is fine.
