Whats the part # for this rad hose? I really need one like that! Mine is straight and i suspect leads to my coolant leaking.

tscomp do you think it's better to use a hose with a bend in it vs the straight hose that came with my mishimotor rad? In terms of no overflow after shutting down.

kink in the hose is there to provide some flex when the engine moves..

Tom,

This is very impressive build.
Its a pleasure to see how you sorted all nitpicks and created a fantastic tool.

FiTronic kit is awesome, I cannot imagine swapping from fuel to fuel or having to bring fuel home/running out- since E85 stations are few and far in between , thus cannot imagine the E85 tune without having Flex Fuel capability.

Not to mention the ability to even troubleshoot car thru display MUT signals.

Funny coincidence, my name is also Brett and I am also a Ranger... Looking to do a very similar turbo setup on my MAP 2.3. The flex fuel unit definitely seems like the way to go for us up North where E85 is scarce... Very nice write-up. Interested to see how reliable the Flex Fuel setup is.

This hose works great. I run it on my personal evo 8 also.

Its just fun in general mixing fuels and watching the ethanol % lower in the display or raise knowing that number is actually a HP figure basically.

It is a really cool thing to be able to do with a car. Im a big fan of the flex fuel stuff now.

Very nice! Ya it works quite great. I have a bunch of people running our system now with great results.

Thanks!

Very nice power. What do you think of the AMS 3.5" intercooler at these power levels? Compared to the other common 4+" options on the market.

It seems to be doing just fine honestly. This is a build from 2008, so the FMIC is from 2008 (old version). I read somewhere else before, the old cores were more efficient.

Most people that use Garrett GT cores run the 3.8" version, but they advertise it as the 4".

There is a such thing as to big of a FMIC, where you can actually be so big that it makes the turbo work harder to maintain pressure. So if you get to big you can cause pressure drop issues making the setup function less efficient.

sensor

What is the part # for the flex fuel sensor that you use with these kits? I've done some searching and haven't come up with an answer is why I ask.
