Jason's 2.3L GSC S2 FP Black-20160514_190711.jpg

Right now the motor is out. Building it again with a few new parts:
Kiggly HLA
Eagle 100mm crank
Curt Brown 70mm ported intake
S90 70mm throttle body
FP Cast manifold ceramic coated
Ceramic coated turbine housing
One-off recirc downpipe
Coil on Plug
EGR deleted (was disabled, but all hardware was still there)
Radium fuel rail and pulse damper

I'm doing a bunch of other little things at the same time, and later I'll do a double pumper, 2150s and a FiTronic.

Hope to be updating this with new numbers before July, we'll see.

How much boost? I would of thought you would of made a little more on a black even though it was only 92 oct .

24, ER's sensor reads 1psi high. It does spool nice and early though.

That is awesome spool, a bit faster than my MHI red on the 2.0L. True shame FP went to a single scroll housing for the 9 turbo's..

Yeah I've heard those new stainless housings kinda suck for spool.

Why are you replacing the Manley crank with the Eagle crank? Aren't they both 100mm?

I actually missed the boost plot at the bottom of your graph, those are some nice #'s for just 24# of boost

That sounds like a blast for a street car! I hope you make the jump to E85 soon to really maximize potential of that turbo. They are great!

All in time. I've gone beyond my spending limit this round, so it'll have to wait.

That spool is impressive for a Black. Are you using hybrid boost?
