Arthurs 700hp Forward Facing GTX3582R TSComptuned 2.0L FiTronic machine

After many changes on the hot parts of the car, Arthur's car is now back and much stronger now. Arthur dropped his car off to Bean fab to custom fabricate a one off custom turbo kit for his car. This kit took the ATP 3582R turbo he originally had and replaced it with a full vband turbo kit and tial stainless steel housing.

The fabricator did an amazing job, and the turbo kit came out as good as some of the best welders i know of. The fitment of the kit was very slick and thought out. No issues with any fitment, and Arthur was still able to fit a full size air filter!

Mods are:

TSComptuned 2.0L 10.5:1 (OEM Crank, Billet rods /w 625+ fasteners, Wiseco pistons)
TSComptuned/McCarty Porting Ported/Polished Cylinder head
TSComptuned/McCarty Porting Skunk2 Intake manifold /w FullBlown 70mm
TSComp Double pumper (2x Walbro 255)
FIC 2150cc injectors
Bean Fab GTX 3582R Forward Facing Vband turbo kit /w Tial stainless hotside
Tial 44mm External wastegate
ETS 3.8" Garrett Core FMIC /w ETS upper/lower piping
Tial Q BOV
Map o2 eliminator downpipe recirculated
ARK 3" exhaust
GSC S3 cams
FiTronic Flex fuel /w 2-stage boost control

Arthur's new results on the new hot parts:

And heres an overlay from before and after; (Not apples to apples):

Nice results Tom with the FF GTX3582R. What was the wgdc at ~38 psi ?

Just curious as to how much more is left in this setup or whether it is maxed at the level you've posted.

Seems to hold Torque very well up top.

How high does it rev? 5300ish for 400ftlbs, hopefully it revs to 9k.

It has 625+ rod bolts, so it can go 9500+. To keep the oil pump happy we keep it around 9k.

VD only shows to 7968 because of the 1byte RPM I'm using. (2byte is to inconsistent) Most cars I tune make more power on the dyno with larger turbo's because of this very reason. They are still making power past the RPM cut in evoscan.

I'm aware of the RPM logging limitations. Was just hoping it was revving higher, and as I suspected, it does...lol

Yes absolutely. If we cut the pull short around 7500 the car felt like it only had half of a power band.

Once its taken over 8500 its got a healthy 3k+ powerband. We are setting it to 9K to be safe.

What do you think the dyno numbers on this setup are when revving to 9000rpm ?
Does it feel like the power flattens out, drops off or keeps climbing ?

Sorry for all the questions, just trying to get some data on this turbo versus the usual PTE 6266/6466 setups

This car feels like a larger turbo car where it progresses the higher you rev it. I don't know what its making. VD gives a decent idea of what its doing though. Id expect this car to trap close to 140 area.

I would run the PTE over this turbo.
