This ones 0.83 A/R. Somethings definitely holding the car back.
We were experiencing some vac lines coming off during tuning, so maybe it has leaks.
All I can do when I don't have the car in my possession is ask the customer to make sure it has no leaks.
I cannot enforce that, just go off what the customer says.

700hp @ 40psi seems darn good too me.
Nice job!

I have a similar set up (2.0, s3's, ported head, ported skunk2 IM etc) on a gtx352r and my car put down ~700whp on only 36 psi .83 vband. I would say there is a definite bottleneck with this guys car. I am, however, considering upgrading to the 3584rs just not sure what a/r I want to run.

So you did 700hp with intake manifold, and ported head. So without the Porting or intake I would expect you would need about 40psi to do the same.
As far as using a larger a/r on this vehicle I would say if your ok with more lag you would pick up some top end power. I think the car has a great power curve, but it's always fun to experiment so when you get bored try a bigger a/r.
