Timing is very low, even if you are using high boost. That will make the exhaust temp very high.

What boost level are you running?

If you have a log, it would take some of the guess work out of this..

Do you happen to know the load level it was running before? I'm assuming with a 3076 at 26-27psi, it's running 270-290 load across, if the boost level is maintained to cut off. Is that correct?

Out the top? Then you are only running 1-2* of advance and will melt something soon.

About 10* short of normal operation. I'm assuming the car feels flat? What was the timing before you brought it down?

Not to be a jerk but do yourself a favor and get someone to help you tune it or have them tune it as I’m sure you don’t want to hurt the new engine you spent some money on. Good luck

There's a thread titled, "let's see your fully tuned timing map". Search for it, read the whole thing, stare at the maps until your eyes bleed, then pick one from a build similar to yours and copy the values in the cells from 500rpm to 10000rpm, and from 0 load to 100 load (the NA part of the map. Once you do that start reading and staring again until you understand why the values are what they are. Then do the same for the in boost part of the map, only make sure you understand why the values are what they are before you copy anyone's map.

May want to have a professional tune it, then make small tweaks once you understand everything well.

The timing map thread is a good start. May also want to lower the boost . Spend the time and watch this .

Read this a few times

You could also take a class at HP academy

You've spent thousands on your investment, tuning is key to it living.

Post a log of a 3rd gear pull and I will review and provide feedback. Hard to just look at a map and say good vs bad because it largely depends on how your turbo spools, which corresponds to a timing value at the that specific load vs RPM. Log ignition timing, AFR, MIVEC (if applicable), knock sum, etc.
