Completing Z1 install - help

Trying to locate the vehicle speed sensor wire. Which wire did you guys tap for that?

search for ecu wiring diagram, it's on here somewhere. I found the one for my IX on here as well but there is more info on the VIII.

what i did in my STi was tap it into the speed sensor wire going to the gauges. easiest place to get to...just remove the gauges and there it is.

I did search and I can find a few clues, but nothing that gives me a definitive location and wire color. If you could post up any help, I'd really appreciate it

Speed Sense white/black or black/red data link connector
Notes: The data link connector is under the driver side dash.

let me know if that works.

guages, and i'll learn. You can also take a meter and drive around (slowly) while checking different wires. When you find the proper wire the meter beep slowly at low speeds, and beep faster as you speed up.

Thats the speed sensor wire on an IX?

I've got a navi for my car, and trying to figure out where i'm going to tap into the speed sensor from..
