PIONEER AVH-P6800DVD bluetooth problem

Hey guys, I installed the bluetooth on this b and it works fine. I find the device and use it. Transfer my address book and all. But when I shut down the car and start back up. Everything is gone. My devices and my address book. Can anyone help? Could it be the wiring?

There should be a memory wire, It need a Constant 12v feed even with the car off. That is unpluged almost for sure. I Believe Its the Yellow Wire But Check Your Wiring Diagram.
