Trim panel for rear seat removal?

i basically gutted everything out of my car behind the front seats excluding the rear deck trim. I took off 96lbs. This is going to be a full time attack car next season but i still am driving it now. I am having a trim panel made to clean up the back. I just wanted to see if you guys had anything similar. Thanks

I know this thread is two years old, but....

With the dividing plate, what do you do about the brackets for mounting the rear seat. They protrude from the seat area and look like they would need to be removed but they are welded in place.

Am I missing something or do they need to come off?
