can you use turbo timer and remote start at the same time in compustar?
I installed the compustar 2W900FMR(3000) awhile back and it has a built in turbo timer and of course it has remote start. I have installed 507m(tilt and motion detector) and the 508D(proximity/perimeter sensor) and everything works fine. I have used the remote start and it worked flawlessly. So, I tried activating the turbo timer in one of the install instructions, turbo timer works! however, I have to arm the car manually(which is automatic if the turbo timer is off) and the remote start will not work unless I turn off the turbo timer. I guess you cannot have both features at the same time. Yes, the reservation mode works.
do you guys with the compustar experience the same? thanks

I don't have any problem with my alarm, it actually works great with the remote start and turbo timer but I can only use either one or the other at a time and not both at the same time. Meaning, if I activate my turbo timer by remote switch , I cannot use the remote start. Conversely, if I turn off the turbo timer, I am able to use the remote start. I guess it is a safety feature considering that you have to do the reservation mode for remote start which is not present when you turn the turbo timer on. I installed the alarm by myself btw.
