Key Ignition issue...

I have some major issues with my evo 8. This morning I was driving to work and parked my car in front of my office... while I was working til lunch I came to my car and got in... noticed that my radio, heater, and dash was turned on without my KEY!

WTF...

Then I tried to start up my car and the car struggled to start up and after a few moments it started... then I waited for the car to warm up, then turned the car off and took the key off the ignition, but the car is STILL ON... i mean RUNNING!!! without the key!

So I called up mitsu, and the service guy was an *** after he saw my car... he came up to my car and said Its the turbo timer, unplug it and see if that resolves the problem. I went home during my lunch break and disconnected the turbo timer harness but not completely off.. i just disconnected the turbo timer unit off from the T connection and it resolved that issue for a time being until later this evening.... I got home from work and parked the car in the garage, turned off the ignition and the car kinda turned off.. meaning it was like a split second-2 seconds then it shuts off.

WTH is going on with my car??

what turbo timer do you have? turbo timers are meant to keep your engine on after you take the key out. but it shouldnt be more then at max 10 minutes and thats with the blitz turbo timer. if your car was not running, but your heater and lights were working, there is a problem with your turbo timer installation.

its a HKS Type 1 turbotimer.

It came with the T harness and everything. I see the ground wired on my steering column.
