Its just a little square part and can be poped off with a pick tool.. drill a little hole for the LED and wala! plus you wont even see it while driving.

You will have to pull the radio and the plastic piece with the clock/hazard switch. Once that is out of the way, use a small pic tool and remove that square piece on the top of the dash, drill and mount the led and then just carefully snake the wires back to the brain.
This is exactly what I said allready

^i was simply agreeing :P

BTW you dont have to take all that out (radio, dash, etc)..... Angle pick tool, be gentel, pop the square out, flush mount the LED, use a glow rod or a fishing wire with the led attached and run it down in the dash. Depending on where your brain will be located.... tho. cake

I must get a picture of where I got my alarm light installed. I think it will impress you guys. Pics will be up tomorrow. I might be the first one who has it installed in this particular place as well... We'll find out tomorrow.

i put mine in front of the clock above the hazard switch.

it faces toward the rear view mirror..... BUT i took off the lens cover so its clear.

you would never notice it was there unless you knew to look or it was on

i dont have a picture of it because it was in my 1st evo, but i used two led's and mounted them in the corner of the vents on top of the dash board on both sides.....two made it really bright and obvious that you were protected
