Kits are now cheap: http://www.custominstallparts.com/st..._-_CUSTOM.html. Also, google "lancer metra" in images and you'll find the Metra version. No need for the hassle with wiring for the Galant HVAC or fabrication.
Moreover shipping is too much which is more than the cost of item.
