Do it right and use dynamat or something similar. I added some weight to my car but at the lowest point and I don't notice anything different as far as performance is concerned but my sound is alot better.

It's 2:30 a.m. and I just finished installing the Dynamat on the doors. It took me about 3 hrs for the first door and about 2 hrs for the second door.
All my door rattles are gone, so I'm glad I did it. I will test it out on the road tomorrow to see how it sounds.
I took a bunch of pictures and I will create a how-to, in the mean-time, here is a what it looks like with the dynamat:

It took a couple of weeks I also installed new speakers amps made a amp rack ran new wiring for everything audio. I worked on it after work and as you can see I took the interior out I have a garage and I have other DD options so I just worked on it when I had time and didn't rush anything.

Sometimes the rattling is not the door, but the actual plastic vibrating against the metal. Even with dynamat you may still hear some unwelcome noises coming from the general vicinity of your speaker.

i did dynamat the rear deck, i definitely would recommend it, but only if you dont plan on putting a sub in the trunk, or have the ss package. all the sound that you want from the sub will be blocked through the rear deck. a lot better bass response out of my rear speakers though.

theres also a simple fix somewhere on the forum about cutting up insoles and pushing them in the rear deck holes i guess if you dont want to take apart your whole rear deck.

Does anyone have problems with the doors panels vibrating? I put my elbow on the arm rest on the door and my whole arm is vibrating, it's extremely annoying.

This is after 2 coats of Second Skin liquid sound deadener and a sheet of rattle pad between the door panel and the door.
