The OP is stating that he used a different bulb it seems. It has already been said, there is less resistance in the loop so you need to add some. Either put in the correct bulb and check all the bulbs (including dual filament) or add resistance if for whatever reason you went to a different bulb on purpose.

A great example of people purposely going to less resistance is when moving to LEDs. There is less resistance so you need to add resistance into the loop.
