I did it runs perfect but it still starts up at second start? With new starter, battery, spark plugs, and NO boost leak now!

Have you had the auto shop look at this problem when you were getting it checked for a boost leak?

I still cannot understand how it nearly always takes a second trun to start it

So just to get everything right, at this point the car is idling (once started) perfectly, the car is driving perfect and great pull when at boost? No sudden idle drops or lack or power or anything?

If it's doing it when it's cold (mainly) it could be something in your fuel system. Have you checked your fuel filter? Also, maybe a vacuum leak in the fuel pressure regulator line? Something that could be causing it to leak off pressure after the car sits so that you are having to prime the pump a little before it gets enough fuel to start? It almost sounds like (from the video) the hot start problems on E85.

I second wazzelby, sounds like some type of vacuum leak that allows you to lose fuel pressure after cooling. But I would also ask if you bought it new? You say that you have no mods, but maybe some were done before you bought it? (if used) try and find out what may have been changed back to stock, fuel rail, intake, fuel pump, etc
How about an aftermarket alarm? Aftermarket something in the electrical – once started it sounds like purrs like a kitten, so I wouldn’t call it mechanical problem, but electrical
Back to losing fuel pressure – check fuel pump and its seals and fuel return line –
Just my two cents

Yeah I was thinking the fuel pressure system as well and I have not checked the fuel filter but I will check that as soon as possible. As for The fuel pressure regulator, I actually had the hose off for a while until I noticed it was off and it put it back on...can this be the issue?

Dfwsilver, you might be right about the electrical prOblem because it does have an alarm when I got it but it doesn't work. I know it had an alarm because of the sensor on the window and the installed led light on my dash that doesn't even work-___-

Yes I was just about to say as above if evreything else was running fine to check the fuel side of things. Check the fuel lines in the engine bay and the fuel filter, could be a possibility. Also I know of other cars that once you start to crank the car fisrt it checks for oil pressure and always has to start on the second turn once the pressure is there, but I doubt your car has that? Was this problem always in it?

There is a fuel filter in the pump at the tank, yo just take up the pump and there is a filter.

Also there are fuel lines going into some sort of filter in the engine bay, near the front right (closer to the windscreen side) maybe check those lines.
