Hey guys

My goal is to upgrade all the stock speakers in my EVO 9 RS and I want direct replacement sizes for the new speakers. I would prefer not to use any brackets or anything like that but I will if absolutley required.

As far as I know the stock speaker sizes are 6 and 3/4 inches and 3/4 inch deep, correct or not? Another question I have is, how many speakers are there in the EVO 9 RS and where are they located?(not including the tweeters in the pillars)

What brand of speakers should I get for the best sound quality, my goal isn't to have the loudest bass or anything like that I just want really good sound quality with enough bass to support it. Any suggestions?

FYI there are no stock speakers in an RS. They never came with any. Unless you or the previous owner put stock speakers in the car, it already has aftermarket speakers.

There are 4 pre wired speaker locations. One in each front door and two above the back of the rear seat.
