Unhappy electrical gremlins: dome lights and keyless entry

I uninstalled some aftermarket electrical stuff from my car today, and accidentally shorted a "always on" wire to ground (it sparked for a second). Since then neither my dome / book lights, nor my keyless entry work. Everything else is still working fine though. I checked the fusebox and did not find any blown fuses - are there any other fuses on the car I should look at? Any other ideas welcome too ...

I didn't know that actually - I only checked the one on the driver side under the dash. Where's the other one?

It's fuse 22 or 23 I believe; they are the ones located in that silly pain-in-the-*** yellow box inside the engine bay fuse box
