I replaced all of the instrument cluster and HVAC control bulbs and thought this may come in handy for those needing to do the same. My car is a 2006 Evo MR.

MR568787 - Bulb, Heater control EQ blue cap (2 x $4.65)
MR444536 - Bulb, Instrument Panel no cap (16 x $3.95)
MN134600 - Bulb, Instrument Panel blue cap (1 x 5.30)
8180A001 - Bulb, Instrument Panel white cap (3 x $3.75)
