Hey guys. I have a evo one Its forged and tuned with a haltech e8 computer. Normally when I turn it over the fuel pump would come on and make the whine noise for like five seconds then stop untill I turned the key. But now when I turn it over the fuel pump stays on constantly and doesn't stop. And when I try to crank it over. It tries to start but just doesn't. I don't know too much about cars bit to me it sounds like the fuel pump relay. I wad wondering if anyone could tell me where it is located and if you have any ideas of what it could be.
