Harness grounds for sensors by ecu need detailed info
Hello, probably a simple question but I want to do this the right way the first time. I am doing a major wire tuck and I need to run the grounds ffor the part of the harness by ECU/ 3 plugs under radio. On the ecu pinout I see that there is grounds for the following:
http://www.roadraceengineering.com/e...-ecuwiring.htm
pin #40
Sensor Ground (IAT, Cam and Crank Angle Sensors
Pin #92
Sensor Ground (02 sensors, Coolant Temp, TPS, MDP, Fuel Tank Press Sensor)
Starting with pin #92 issue, would the correct grounding method be to connect all the sensor ground wires together, then ONLY directly run a wire to #92 and the ECU ground would ground the sensors or does there need to be a ground to the chassis along with the wires and wire going to the ECU
Now basically the same thing for pin #40?
And also for pins 13 and 26 (chassis ground) to the ECU.. Two black wires I have coming outta the harness.
