Today when I started my car for the first time this morning it was having a voltage jump from 10 volts to 16 volts everything in the interior was clicking on and off and was having a subtle grinding noise coming from the engine bay, when i went outside to check it out the noise went away and the evo acted normal again after warm up. Is there any issues that it could possibly be? This is the second time it happened but I still haven't pin pointed where the noise could possibly be coming from.
