Hello my 2002 lancer cedia t touring was stolen , I retrieved it back with a broken ignition & ignition switch now sometimes won't start but moving the internal fuse box / breaker slightly will bring on the CHECK light when i turn on ignition to ON it will start . When check light doesn't come on when ignition is at On it will not start
