AYC relay testing

Hi,
I'm trying to chase down an issue with my AYC pump not getting power, how can I diagnose the relay to see if that's the issue?

I'm not the best guy, but maybe try swapping with another relay from car and see what happens?
I have lotta spare relays as every time I go to wreckers if there's useful bits I grab 'em.
