So I had my ‘05 Evo 8 MR detailed and after the engine bay wash I’ve got these electrical issues with the car :

1. Left HID not turning on. (One time I drove the car in the rain and afterwards it started working. So I ruled out a bad ballst)
2. Both turn signals sometimes would hyperblink.
3. Side markers would constantly stay on until I turn the car off.
4. AC would stop blowing air at certain AC speeds ( e.g AC blows on speed 1 but won’t blow air on speed 3)
5. Parking lights would sometimes stay on when the AC is on.

Initially my CEL was on and I had my tuner clear out the code cause the TPS was being weird (probably got wet during the wash). I thought the rest of the issues would’ve been cleared out as well but no codes came up for the electrical issues.

I had a read of the Electrical Gremlins sticky and will have someone have a look at the connectors in the kick panel. Just wanted to put this out there in hopes someone has had a similar issue.

 

Sounds like a ground issue. I would recheck all your grounds
