So i was driving and loud explosion under hood and CEL
I tightened down all the clamps the day after I got the car and again at 1500 miles when the bumper was off (headlight swap). I used a ratchet and tightened them down as tight as I could. I have been boosting 21psi max and haven't blown one off yet. I think Ill recheck tonight after work.

While you're at it, you might as well try tightening the bolts for the turbo outlet elbow. The best thing to do is to do an intake leak check. You should be able to hear all leaks audibly.

I had this same issue, best to make sure you use a socket and tighten things while the rubber is hot. If you don't do this it can loosen up considerably when the car heats up and they can keep popping off...
