HKS Titanium exhaust I saw doesnt seem right

I went to the shop today and saw a HKS box and I asked whats inside and he told me its the HKS Ti exhaust for the CT9A. I even saw the label on the box. Got a question tho, the blue tip thats suppose to be only made for the Ti model is a cover? The one I saw is just the outer rim which is blue that you need to use screw or something to mount it by the tip. Maybe if you have one you can let me know if its true or not. I wasnt paying much attention but the muffler part seems to be stainles steel but the rest of it (muffler to catback)is like powder coated in dark gray color(forgot what this material is called). I thought its suppose to be stainless steel? The price is about US $650, cheaper than another store I got a quote from by $150. Something doesnt seem right about the exhaust and price. Whats the weight of that exhaust? The one I saw was pretty dam heavy when I picked it up and was no where near 10-15 pounds.

This is the same tip I saw at the store but with a blue add on tip that wasnt installed just like the pic. He told me you could remove the outer circle thing on the end of the tip to make it a 3 inch tip, the one in the tip has like a 1 inch pipe. I checked the HKS website and they didnt have this tip for the Evo.

Piping is stainless steel, canister is stainless steel wrapped with Carbon fiber

and the Tip is Titanium. What you see in the pic is the silencer (ss also) which can be
removed.
Actually the exhaust is not even close as light as the real Titanium exhausts.
It's a show piece and in fact a Hiper Exhaust with some cosmetics.

HKS is coming out with a full Ti exhaust for the EVO. I believe it is a full 75MM size here is a pic.

Full TI mustn't be loud.

Because the Exhaust in the 1st pic is not the Carbon/Ti exhaust.

It's the full Titanium Race exhaust sold for RX-7s. It's real Ti and has
100mm!!! piping Turbo back.

It comes with the wholes drilled in and with the silencer.

True but i have seen 3 evos with this exhaust and they all have holes for the silencer. Look at all the 30th ones as well they do too.
