HKS 264s - good for 20whp?

I can get a great deal on some HKS 264s and they are just want I like, nothing too radical.

The vendor told me I would gain ~20whp with the 264s vs. stock (without adj gears), on a car with full TBE, UICP, 21psi, flash and pump gas. Does this sound reasonable or not?

I know more about cams from my DSM days....anyone know if the stock EVO cams are more or less aggressive than a 1G DSM?

Depending on the mods on the car you can make even more than 20WHP.

That's nothing. A $200 ECU flash yields on average 30whp. How's that?

Al from dynoflash says 264's are good for 25-30hp with those mods without upper i/c pipes.

Cams are definetly great for more power! I don't know what they made specifically but with a 3inTBE, mbc@20psi, hks264's, and a reflash i gained 50whp and 65ftlbs of torque from stock! #'s would be better but i'm still on the stock airbox and filter (don't ask me why)!
