HKS 264s - good for 20whp?

How many 264 users are installing them "zero'd" without adj cam gears? I don't want to spend the extra $$$ on the gears nor do I have access to a local AWD dyno for tuning. Will I still see good gains just dropping them in?
If I can really get 20whp from the cams combined with a flash, TBE, 20psi and IC piping I will be thrilled!

I have mine at the stock settings and had Al custom tune my car this past Sat. and what a difference it made.
I drove my car all the way from KY to Chicago to get tuned and it was a totally different beast on the way home. Depending on your intake setup, you might want to think about getting some 660 injectors to. I have the HKS RS kit and I'm on the border line of running out of injector. I had to turn the boost down since I still had the stock ones.

Upper IC pipes are not a limiting factor for you. I'm making ~350whp with the stock upper IC pipes.

No. You wouldn't run out of injector unless (a) you had a bigger turbo, or (b) your A/F is incorrectly tuned (much too rich).

I made 31whp with cam gears on the OE cams, then got 12 more whp after adding the cams. The peak numbers don't tell the whole story, because I advanced the gears from -5/-5 to -3/-2, and picked up a nice amount in the midrange. Still, cam gears will do a lot more than cams by themselves, particularly from 5000rpm to fuel cut.

The idle was a little lumpy til Al fixed it. He has a idle fix reflash for guys with cams. It adles alot better, but you can somewhat tell I have them in there.
What would you consider a "much too rich" tune?

The stock injectors will support just about everything one can do with the factory turbo. So this begs the question, how specifically did you come to the conclusion that you are running out of injector?
