5spd or 6spd?
not many of us have ever driven a 6 speed, i only did when test driving the g35 and i didn't drive it hard enough to get a good impression, but i guess 5 speed is good enough for me cause i figure when racing, you usually only use the first 4 gears most anyway.

Cheers,
Cheers,
I agree with the stock setup 5th gear is terrible I was very unhappy I am sure the 6 speed helps this out.
Ive driven several cars with 6 speeds and tons of 5 speeds. I like the 6 speed because it usually has slightly higher top gear ratio which is really nice for freeway driving and it has closer gear ratio's which makes it easier to stay in the power band.

Since the USDM '05 GSR and MR share the same ACD are the transmissions swappable?
I posted this a few weeks ago but no one responded.. probably because no one really knows for sure yet....and also anyone know if Ralli-Art's ACD computer works with our USDM ACD systems?

I believe that the 2005 Evo does have ACD. The 2005 does not have AYC. So I would believe that they can be swapped.
