Bleed it until the air is gone. Might take a while.

They (the dealer) are probably ajusted your clutch too high (similar to their stock clutch). That was what they did to my ACT and it was eventually gone within 5k miles. Have the clutch check and re-adjust if neccessary by someone who know. Hope it helps.

My Exedy feels the same. It was grabby for the first 1000miles or so, now it has a bit over 2000 and it engages a bit higher and feels weak when it engages unless shifting at redline (racing). I can practically dump the clutch (during light/normal driving on the street) when I shift 1->2, or 3->4 and you can barely notice I shifted.

I adjusted the engagement point so the clutch engages a bit lower but it's still not like before. I'm going to adjust it some more.

I know the Exedy instructions recommends my clutch be adjusted at ~ 1500miles, and then when needed.

So, maybe your clutch engagament (at the pedal) also needs to be adjusted.

Fill the reservoir little over max fill line and try bleeding the clutch line.

Make sure to fill the reservoir to the neck and watch it fill to the other pocket. The reservoir has two compartment, large part for brakes and small part for clutch. If you bleed it, you need to keep over filling it since the clutch side don't hold much of the fluid.
