Thanks!
The 624 whp car is using a RPS, I am not thrilled with it on start up as the starter drags horribly and sounds like crap. Other than that it seems good so far. We don't launch customers cars so I don't know how it would hold up to a hard launch. 27 dyno pulls and some hard 3rd gear pulls and it is fine so far.
Our 65mm throttle body made 3-5 whp throughout the RPM range and smoothed out some dips in the graph. Matched to a stock intake that has been ported to take advantage of the 65 mm TB it picked up 8-10 whp throughout the RPM range.
The car that made 624 whp and 576 ft lbs has our complete Stage 4, 1,000 cc injectors, AEM EMS, BR Stg 3 stroker engine (2.25 L), BR Stg 3 cylinder head, our downpipe and offroad pipe, some other make catback and our GT35R turbo kit.

I was supposed to send a JIC manifold and DNP o2 housing, I had a family emergency that kept me a little too distracted to stay on top of things, it looks like I won't be working on my car for quite a while..
Compilation of Dave Buschur's posts in this thread
I put together an MS Word file that has all of the posts by David in this thread relating to dyno results on the RS. It takes so long to read a thread this long with all of the side questions that I thought this would be helpful for those who want to focus on the actual dyno results. All of the flavor, none of the fat
Remarkably, even this condensed version is 41 pages!! But it's a good read, even if you've been here every step of the way. The amount of time that David has put into this becomes obvious when you look at it this way. But it does pay off. I've already bought several hundred dollars worth of your parts based solely on this thread and plan to buy more this season based on your findings.
Thanks again, David!

Magnaflow vs. Buschur muffler results
David,
A follow-up question. In post #92 on December 13th, you wrote:

I did do a test on the Magnaflow muffler VS. the Buschur Racing lightweight muffler. I honestly thought in the back of my head that the Magnaflow would outflow our muffler, that's not what happened. Two runs back-to-back, one was 6 whp less the other was 10 whp less. The full 3" offroad system with our lightweight muffler made the same HP as an open exhaust on the car and did it with less boost, THAT was a shocker.
Then, the next day in post #103, you wrote:*On a full Stage 1 car making 314.9 whp (w/Magnaflow muffler) we switched it to our lightweight muffler, gains were minimal with HP going up to 316 whp.
Could you please clarify which is correct? I have your turboback on my car and actually own both mufflers for it. I was going to sell off the lightweight one, but if it's worth 6-10 whp over the Magnaflow, I'll keep it for race days. Thanks,

I would guess that it was mid range hp. but that is just a guess.
Nothing new right now. Going to do more testing on the RS this week. Have some interesting things coming up on that car again.
I never got the e-bay manifold, I have never bid on anything on there before. The next day I got a notification that something went wrong with my bid. I said the hell with it at that point. There were a few guys that offered to send valve springs, FMIC's and manifolds/02 housings here for me to test. Nothing ever showed up except a set of valve springs from Revolver.
I'm not interested in doing the testing on those other parts anymore. The car is going back on the dyno for a few more parts I need to test and then it is going together for some upcoming races.
I would guess at this point that the differences in the Magnaflow VS our lightweight muffler on the first test must have been midrange too. The dyno files were all lost last week when the hard drive crashed. In my notes dyno run #43 was with our full 3" and lightweight BR muffler, power was 316. On run # 42 with the Magnaflow it was 314. It's a small gain either way.
