question on condition of spark plug

i pulled them out and this is what they look like

what do you guys think about their condition?
i have 3500 miles on the car

if looking at engine from the front - i number them from left to right as i pulled them out

thanks i found this website that shows the conditions of spark plugs. i compared mine to the 'good' ones and i have to agree with you evil.

now i just have to find the address so i can post it on here

they look perfect. after changing my stock plugs at 15K there was alot of build up on them

those are good to go

They look good but you want to also check the plug down were the insulator meets the metal, use a flashlight to look down into the plug.
