I just put in BPR8ES gapped to 0.23. car runs like crap, idle sucks and I got the P0300 codefor the first time . What gap should i use? Manual says 0.24 - 0.27. any ideas since the high boost levels? yes I tried to search

Try anywhere from .028 to .030.

not kaboom on the stock turbo....kaboom with a stock bottom end

i just gapped my plugs NGK BR7ES at .026-0.028 approximately and I have no problems


how much horsepower are you running, because Al uses the plugs you just installed on his car and his car is running 667awhp

 

not neccessarily----kaboom mines holding 31.5 psi for how long i dont know but it likes it......on c-16 only

 

Go to the BR7ES, the 8's are to cold for you appl...

 

gapped to 25. all good now. car tuned by turbotrix
