Is an aftermarket O2 housing worth it?
I am planning on doing my whole exhaust system. Before I do, I wanted everybody's opinion. Is it worth it to get an aftermarket O2 housing? Will I see that much of a difference (HP/TQ; Spool; etc.)? Please give me your honest opinion. Thank you for your time.

an aftermarket O2 housing will really help when used in combination with supporting performance modifications (TBE, boost controller, tune, etc). That said, the o2 housing will not make significant gains on its own.

I have been researching the 02 housings for awhile. I feel the best solution is a full 3" housing. Most of the housings on the market are either 2.5" or 2.75". I purchased a full 3" housing, however the holes cut into the housing where the turbo meets the 02 housing don't line up. They cut 2 perfectly round holes into the piece, however the wastegate area is not perfectly round. So it matches up with the turbine fine, but not the wastegate area. I plan on purchasing the Works 3" housing when it comes out. Also, on most of the tubular housings out don't have a support bracket for the turbo, or the hole to match up with the heat shield. The Works does.
Anyone want to buy my never-been installed 02 housing? It's a full 3 inches
