Since GSC S1 Cams are on backorder until the end of the month. Would it be worth my bang for my buck if I just go ahead and order a MAP O2 Housing and MAP Short Runner Tubular Stock replacement manifold or just wait on the CAMs?

are u asking cams or o2/ manifold? OR get o2/ manifold then cams?
the o2 itself will prolly be your biggest gain.
if it was me... i would opt to get the o2 and the short runner manifold.
because those are easy bolt ons to do. the cams cost money to install.

I ask because I can cancel my order of cams, get $522 back, use it on something else, go tune and be done with for a few months.
Also what will be my gains from just the exhuast pieces on 91 Octane?
I was also thinking of FICs 1050s for a E85 tune with my current mod list.
What do you guys think?
FYI I am not planning on upgrading my turbo for a while, since the one I want is 2.5k (FP Red)
I am looking for a best bang for my buck and power. The car will still be my DD. The reason I was doing CAMS is because I am also replacing my timing belt, tensioners, and water pump. I have the timing belt kit I pieced together from Rockauto. All gates pieces ofcourse.

Are you talking about the MAP o2 housing with a dump or the regular o2 housing.
That's a great time to do cams. I guess it depends on your driving style. I wouldn't get anything less than S2's. I'm getting S3's or R2's put in my daily within a month. Also look into valve springs if you're going to S2 or bigger.
Regardless, whatever you upgrade to, you should log to see if you need a tune. You can post up here or you can send it to me and I'll let you know if you need a tune. I know that sounds funny, but I just had a guy send me his tune and I told him that it was good. No tune needed.

I chose S1s since it requires no additional parts. My driving style is what is called occasional spirited driving. My goal is to get close to 400awhp on 91 and I know it is capable on 93.
My current tuner and I will be doing all the install work, so then we will retune after that. But, I can always post my results, befor and after. I am just so bummed with the power lose of 91 octane.

if you have an evo 8 turbo i would suggest getting the 9 turbo. as far as manifolds go, stick with your oem manifold and have it ported, cheaper and tubed manifolds crack over time. and if your going to get cams get the s2, dont waste your money on s1. cost the same and you will make more power, should be a no brainer.(dont make yourself regret not getting the s2) you wont get to 400whp on 91 on stock turbo, def. not without cams. hope this helps

Honestly bro u should just wait for the cams, u would be a lot happier waiting a little while and having IMO the best bolt on for the buck. Plus the gains are going to be better than a manifold and o2 combo, gsc s1 are perfect for stock turbos don't go near s2s.
