I needed a t- case for my 04 Evo VIII. Was told by a friend that I was looking at least 3000. Well that would screw up my drag racing mods for this summer. So I figured I would give shepracing a try. I had heard he was rebuilding the trans. I figured maybe he could get the transfer case too. He also helped me out on the cost of a rebuild for my old Laser trans a few years ago. So I call him up. He sells me a 05 RS t-case for $2495. That is just badass. He is a great vender. So if anyone needs a t-case or a trans rebuilt give him a call! You will be very happy!

Isn't a new tcase from the dealer $1600, and a rebuild around half that?

 

The 05 t-cases will be different than the 03-04s cuz of the ACD stuff.

 

RS LSD ones are $2895 from the dealer.

 

Can you tell me if the LSD from the RS wil fit the EVO VIII trcase.

Yuo can use the 6 speed in your 2003 it is chiper to order from Japan if your thinking about it talk to Dan at www.godspeedinc.com he's great and he does a a great tuning job as well
