Question is there a turbo that spools under 3000?

i was wondering if there was a turbo that spools up under 3000 and still makes good power? i would like to do a turbo kit on my MR and i am trying to decide what it is i really want. (if im going to spend $2000 + more on it) and any of you have any comments on the buscher 440?

keep the stock one and max it out.
the stock 05 turbos can handle over 400whp with the other mods.

i thought the 05's already gad the titanium blade?.?
if i change the blade what size or pitch is best?

Its a titanium aluminide alloy, and its the turbine wheel, not the compressor as stated above. You don't get any choice in size or pitch, only one wheel available. 05s don't have it, they have the 10.5 turbine housing however.
