I am only spiking to 1.7 or ~ 24psi and dropping to 22 psi or so on race fuel and getting 116. I am sure with water injection/race fuel, cams, and ~ 25psi I might be able to hit the 120 mark though. I doubt I would hit 116mph at the tracks in Phoenix either. I can only seem to hit these high mph at these sea level tracks. I will try Firebird in Phoenix on my way back though.
depending on how you set up your water injection and how you drive the car, a gallon of water should last can couple hundred miles. From what I heard, the AMS kit will be progressive and will turn on based on a map sensor. So you can turn on the w/i with "X" amount of boost, and ramp up the water injection with the more boost you run. Are you running stock cams with the 35R kit? If you are, you will notice a huge gain in top end by swapping in some cams, tuning and turning that boost up to 28lbs... that 35r loves the boost!

I have cams and runinng into 11's is not too hard, I have seen it done on both race and Pump gas on the stock turbo with both the EMS and a Reflash. Tuning is key, if you have a GT35R with or without cams 112 MPH is SLOW. You need to run cams with a turbo that size, i bet it is choking.
