Should i get a turbo back exhaust with a cat delete or high flow cat?

The reason i want to know is because i heard you can damage the turbo due to misfire if you have a cat delete. And for some reason is better to have a high flow cat, yet you get less power. I really dont care about legal crap, but i wanna know if this is true because i dont want to damage the turbo in the long run. Also what brands do you recommend? i want a deep rumble, but not that loud so i would get the cops attention. Thanks

I got the Injen full tb and it comes with a cat-delete...it sounds awesome and doesnt usually get cops attention, except one that pulled me over a few days ago...as for power...I don't think there's much TOP gain difference, but I think the overall power gains for cat-delete are much better...it all depends on the rest of the system though, just get something that works well with the DP and cat-back that you decide to get

Yeah, I say catdel too...free-flow rules...but shop around first, and lets not forget that the catdel tends to smell like...uh, how'd my mom put it..."your car smells like really badly burnt cookies"

catless! I noticed a definite power increase. I recommend the Perrin cat delete pipe with the CEL eliminator.(off-road use only ) but there are other great pipes out there. It sounds great w/ 3" turbo back exhaust.

You know that thing called turbo lag? I have half of what I did stock...if the highflow you bought does that for you...then you're good...that's the MAIN difference I've noticed...a LOT larger power increase throughout the WHOLE powerband, instead of just an extra 15 or so at the top...I can actually stay in 5th on the freeway and still have fun and easily pass cars and the TBE is the only mod I have...course it does make the turbo spool up to 20.5 instead of the stock 18.7, but still

Keep the stock one, it'll save you 150 bucks on the highflow, and you can pop it in place of the testpipe no problems
